We are specifically looking for a full time/flexible support worker to work all shifts. Libertas is a privately owned family run company with over 500 employees across Lincolnshire
    Libertas are always expanding our services - to achieve this we are calling for all dedicated and naturally caring people to join our brand new location in Bourne. Libertas have been awarded the new care contract for Bourne and Stamford and parts of Sleaford
    Our excellent in-house training and support program enables you to grow and develop your skills with career progression opportunities within the Libertas family.
    You will be responsible for gaining an awareness of the needs of the customer to assist them to maintain their physical and personal independence and choice.
    A key element of the role is the ability to communicate effectively with our customers, their family and friends and other health and social care professionals. Specific tasks will be identified for each customer and will vary according to individual need and choice.

Responsibilities:

  • Promoting and encouraging our clients to live healthy, happy and independent lives
  • Communicating with relevant people to ensure all needs are met
  • Encouraging, assisting or providing personal care to clients
  • Meal preparation and assistance
  • Prompting and administering medication (training/support provided)
  • Moving & Handling people using equipment (training/support provided)
  • Domestic and social tasks
  • Accurate record keeping & meeting individuals needs
