ARE YOU THE NEXT COMMUNITY CARE SITE COORDINATOR?
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field, OR a combination of 2 years of relevant work experience and education.
- Social work or case management experience in a related field.
- Bilingual in Spanish, preferred
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and liability insurance. ·
- Must have ability to work a web-based database
- Occasional travel to our Arlington and Colleyville offices (approx. 1-2 times/month)
- Regular travel to meetings with community partners in the Fort Worth area.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE?
- Provide volunteer support, including initial onboarding and ongoing support to ensure volunteers are equipped to serve clients through fielding phone calls and/or client appointments.
- Support volunteers assigned to serve Community Care clients at the Fort Worth campus.
- Address and resolve any conflicts, issues, or emergencies that arise at the site, maintaining a positive and productive environment.
- Maintain a positive environment for volunteers and clients.
- Exercise flexibility to serve the needs of the clients and are willing to provide direct services when volunteer support is short.
- Cultivate strong relationships with parishes and other community partners to better support the needs of the community.
- Ensure that program activities at your assigned office are in alignment with program and agency operations.
- Monitor volunteer calls, appointments and date entry to ensure the quality of client services and compliance with agency and/or funder requirements.
- Complete accurate documentation in a timely manner.
- Exercise stewardship in the allocation of funds available to assist clients.
- Assist in managing the financial assistance funds, including tracking expenses, managing disbursements, and ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and community organizations to foster trust and collaboration.
- Travel to other program sites (Colleyville and/or Arlington) as needed for team meetings and/or participate in professional development.
- Provide coverage for other program sites (Colleyville and/or Arlington) as needed.
- Proactively seek out new opportunities to partner with organizations, businesses, and community groups that align with the company’s mission and goals.
- Regularly assess the quality of relationships with key stakeholders, gather feedback, and implement improvements to ensure ongoing satisfaction and engagement.
- Ensure stakeholders receive prompt, efficient, and professional support, building a reputation for reliability and care that fosters long-term loyalty.
- Monitor the needs of the campus, including supplies and maintenance needs, and report those to the appropriate team members for support.
