Our services include aged and disability care, transitional care, personal care, sleepovers, transport, social support, domestic assistance, companionship, nursing and respite care.
We are currently seeking experienced Personal Care Workers who are enthusiastic and passionate about providing a caring, compassionate, respectful and quality service to our clients in the Mandurah area. Our priority is to assist clients to live independently at home and to feel supported and empowered.
To be considered for this position you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Ability to provide companion/personal and domestic care
- A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Strong communicator
- Team Player
- Able to work autonomously and share concerns with your Manager to ensure a first class service.
- Possess a high level of time management and organisational skills when managing your day-to-day activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Community Care or Disability Care or studying towards
- Australian National Police check
- Current or willing to obtain a First Aid and CPR certificate
- Smart mobile phone
- Driver’s Licence and access to your own reliable vehicle
- Comprehensive car insurance
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to problem-solve, think creatively, and find innovative solutions to meet client needs
- Understanding of professional boundaries, privacy, and confidentiality

- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
