Job Introduction
We are currently seeking experienced healthcare assistants who are ready to hit the ground running in a Care in the community role. As part of our team, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide essential support to vulnerable adults in their own homes, assisting them with their daily tasks and activities, including personal care.
Main Responsibilities
As a community carer, you will embark on a challenging yet fulfilling role. The following list outlines some of your key responsibilities while on assignment; however, it is not exhaustive:
- Providing assistance with personal hygiene and dressing
- Safely aiding residents in their mobility
- Assisting with meal preparation and supporting individuals with feeding
- Monitoring the health status of individuals under your care
- Demonstrating clear and professional communication
- Providing various levels of assistance with toileting needs
- Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and organisation in all areas

Hold the necessary qualifications required for the role; such as 6 months experience, a Care Certificate or NVQ level 2 in HSC etc
