Responsibilities:
The Community Coordinator is responsible for providing broad administrative support to a team of assigned Property Managers. The role will liaise with various internal and external stakeholders, including Property Managers, accounting staff, and community residents. The Community Coordinator will utilize solid organizational, time management, and customer service skills to ensure our portfolios are provided with professional in-class service.
- Provide administrative support to a property portfolio and team of Property Managers, including drafting agendas, minutes and correspondence, filing documents and forms on deadlines
- Assist with researching quotes and other information for maintenance and special projects
- Work with Tribe’s accounting team to assist with financial requests
- Ensure all activity is conducted in accordance with directives of the manager
- Maintain a current, in-depth knowledge of each property within the assigned portfolio
- Ad hoc projects and initiatives, as assigned by the Director of Administration
