JOB DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities
- Build, engage, and manage the community of installers and clients
- Create a feedback system for enquiries, complaints and suggestions as regards service delivery
- Support solar project development and acquisition
- Support new market research and development opportunities, including emerging solar markets, energy storage, low-income community solar, and wholesale markets
- Create online and offline channels for brand awareness and engagement of the organization’s solar products and services
- Coordinate and track solar projects under development or acquisition phase through closing
- Scout for newbie and skilled solar installers across the country
- Organize installers’ capacity development programs
- Drive growth and promotion of the organization’s service offerings through its coordination of its network of professional installers and technicians
- Create massive awareness campaign programs among the public about the huge benefits of the organization’s solar products
- Keep and grow the organization’s communities of solar installers and clients engaged across official social media channels and in-person events
- Track and coordinate installation schedules among installers
Facilitate official communication and correspondence between the organization and field-installers (freelancers and full-time technicians)Other assigned community-related tasks
Requirements
- Ideally, 3 years’ experience in the solar industry with focus in any of project management, process administration, deal execution, stakeholder engagement, account management and people coordination, etc.
- Strong internal and external communication skills and an ability to manage multiple issues and clearly articulate outcomes, concerns and solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Leadership dexterity
- Adept at the use of various social media platforms
- Understanding of solar fundamentals, and familiarity with the Nigerian solar community preferred
- Exceptional organization and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial/driven and persistent work ethic
Commitment to best-in-class customer service to both internal and external customersDemonstrated interest in building a stronger, cleaner economy and deploying more solar
