The selected professional will work with communities to ensure project benefit-sharing delivers tangible benefits, such as community funds and ownership, and ensure community aspirations are heard and addressed by renewable energy developers.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain productive relationships with diverse local community stakeholders to foster engagement and trust.
- Design and deliver community consultation processes to address shared concerns, support leaders, and build stakeholder trust.
- Develop and communicate a narrative about the benefits of renewable energy for rural communities, and create a community plan to maximize shared benefits.
