SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE

  • A full UK driving license
  • Experience with field sales team administration is essential for this role.
  • Telecoms industry experience is preferred but not required.
  • Access to a vehicle that meets our safety specifications

Responsibilities:

As Community Engagement Support Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for managing all team uniform, stock and equipment across the UK.
  • Managing the team rota to ensure headcount is available across all required areas
  • Supporting the Head of Community Engagement with team and stock audits
  • Responsible for booking all team events
  • Working with internal stakeholders across the CLO team and build team to ensure headcount is available in new and upcoming areas; updating teams of any changes either end to ensure delivery of the CLO plan and KPIs.
  • Responsible for route deployment to individual Community Liaison Officers in the team, reporting any discrepancies to the Community Engagement Management team.
  • Supporting new starters by ensuring all of their kit has been arranged, ordered and delivered prior to their start date.
  • Working with partner ISPs to ensure that any relevant information is shared with the teams
