Description:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE:
- 4+ years of customer service experience preferably in a social service, health insurance or Medicaid capacity
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE:
- Bachelor’s Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
- 2+ years of experience working directly with community-based programs specializing in the Medicaid market
- 5+ years of experience speaking, reading and writing communications in both Spanish and English, strongly preferred
