Description:
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Marketing Outreach Coordinator is responsible for coordinating outreach activities to gain potential patients. Record keeping covering administrative and clerical duties post outreach activities, such as organizing reports, finalizing potential patient listing.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Educational Requirements -High School Diploma/GED/ Associate degree
- Ability to communicate successfully and relate with the public regardless of ethnic, racial, and economic background.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality work
- Strong professional ethics and sensitivity in dealing with confidential information.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Proficiency in computer programs and software, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook). (Preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of Marketing experience (Preferred).
- Bilingual preferred

Responsibilities:
- In-reach-outreach marketing activities such as distribution of flyers at strategically designated points, including churches, food pantries, health fairs, residences, & public housing.
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to increase community awareness and patient intake.
- Assist in outreach schedule.
- Participate in community activities, health fairs, festivals, etc.
- Establish and maintain relationships with community partners.
- Record outreach efforts, activities daily.
- Document outreach events (video or photo).
- Learn about and be able to inform the public about Addabbo’s services.
- Assist in conducting street intercepts and patient surveys.
- Give short presentations at health fairs, schools or other events to raise brand awareness in the community.
- Respond to questions and concerns from the public via email or telephone.
- Maintaining a calendar for outreach events.
- Coordinates multiple projects at one time.
- Attending various training workshops and seminars.
- Attends monthly and impromptu staff meetings and submits monthly activities report.
- Assists with phone inquiries.
- Other related responsibilities as assigned.
