THIS POSTING IS FOR MULTIPLE OPENINGS OF COMMUNITY HEALTH WORKER POSITIONS IN THE COMMUNITY HEALTH EDUCATION DEPARTMENT – AT PROVIDENCE HEALTH SYSTEM ALASKA IN ANCHORAGE.

  • Community Health Worker - Full-Time, 1.0 FTE, Day Shift, 40 Hours Per Week.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:

  • 1 - 3 years relevant community experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working in a medical environment.
  • Experience working collaboratively within a team environment.
