As a Community Host at Sodexo in Shell Centre, London Waterloo, you will aim to go beyond the norm to create a workplace environment, where you will take our customers on a journey that will leave a lasting positive impression and be an ambassador for Shell and Sodexo, showcasing and being part of a high-performing team. This position requires a proactive customer-focused individual with an exceptional eye for detail and be a natural communicator and builds relationships at all levels, willingness to deliver a 5* business service to the staff and visitors of Shell London Campus.
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Meetings rooms /Floor under your control are all fully operational, all customer requests are actioned in a timely manner and a 5-Star service is provided with positive feedback from users
- Conduct site induction tours to the agreed plan and support events as required.
- Deliver a consistent level of service, within the Company’s standards, to the contract specification and agreed on performance.
- Provide accurate and timely reports to support the management of the floor.
- Be approachable, warm, and friendly as we support & welcome Shell employees to their exciting workplace and connect with their team.
- Ensure that any administration, emails, diaries, and reports are kept up to date.
- Assist Catering operation including serving refreshments, lunches and setting up events
- Complete all records and audits as directed accurately and in a timely manner.

- 40 hours per week
- Monday- Friday (some weekends and evenings may be required)
- £13.97 per hour
