Description:
To provide a high quality community nursing service to adults who have a learning disability within the North Tyneside area. To work across Primary and secondary healthcare services to ensure equality of access for those with learning disabilities. To work with other agencies and services (statutory and non statutory) to ensure equality of access for those with a learning disability and facilitate effective communication between clients and other agencies. To provide community nursing support to adults who have behavioural/mental health problems.
