The role is to lead on the safe running of the community school facilities within a number of the school sites we work with. Additionally, the officer must look to build a relationship with the community sports and activity clubs and organisations to help ensure that they receive a top-class experience whilst working with us.

JOB PURPOSE:

To welcome all groups and organisations into the schools’ facilities, ensuring all facilities are open, clear and ready on time for each group to be able to enjoy their visits.
Report to: Operations Manager

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· To deliver a top-class experience for our community hirers, ensuring all customers receive a positive and rememberable experience.
· Ensure the setting up of rooms for groups and other school events is done in a timely and thorough manner before the first lettings begin.
· Be supportive of other members of staff across our sites.
· Be responsible for reporting any issues discovered on site through the online forms.
· Undertake light cleaning duties to ensure that the school is returned in a good, clear and clean condition for the following day.
· Completion of quality control checks on a regular basis to ensure understanding is high, and gaps in knowledge are identified early.
· Securing the school at all times to enable our safeguarding measures to be implemented fully.
· Ensuring that the school is, clear, clean, locked and secured at the end of each shift.
