What you’ll be doing

As a Community Liaison Officer, you will have the following accountabilities:

  • Communicating effectively with a wide range of stakeholder groups toensure positive relationships and smooth operational delivery of the project.
  • Translating technical project information into clear and concisecommunication messaging to support effective communications with thepublic.
  • Producing high quality communications collateral over a range of channelsincluding flyers, newsletters, meetings, letters, radio advertisements andsocial media.
  • Providing detailed monthly reports for client reporting and monthly meetingsand conducting trend analysis and look-ahead planning.
  • Recording, responding to, and closing out all contact with the project teamfrom external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with the projects responserate targets and reporting back all correspondence to promote a culture ofcontinuous improvement.
  • Planning, managing, and delivering meetings and events to promote theworks and share key updates.
  • Supporting project teams to create and distribute project newsletters andupdates to local community.
  • Promoting the successes of our project teams’ social impact throughcreating case studies, good news articles and promoting successes internaland external.
  • Working with the Social Impact team to engage with local schools,community groups and employability partners to deliver against ourcommunity benefit commitments and leave a lasting positive legacy

Responsibilities:

  • Smart working, giving you more flexibility such as staggered start and finish times, with up to 40% remote working, where roles allow.
  • 25 days paid annual leave (pro rata)
