REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in community management, developer relations, tech focus communities or a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage and inspire a diverse community
Experience in content creation and digital marketing/ Experience in Product Marketing Management (PMM)
Ability to understand complex product environments and express them in clear, ‘human-friendly’ language
Ability to analyze data and derive insights for strategic planning
Self-starter with strong organizational and project management skills
High tolerance for ambiguity, fast learner, and ability to adapt with speed to new situations

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to build and grow an engaged developer community, including a channel strategy to foster a collaborative environment where members can share, learn, and connect
Organize and participate in digital and in-person community events, webinars, forums, and social media platforms to facilitate discussions and share knowledge
Act as a liaison between the community and our product teams, gathering feedback, and insights to drive continuous product improvement
Analyze community feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement and advocate for community needs and contribute to product roadmap discussions
Collaborate with the marketing team to align community initiatives with broader marketing goals
Monitor and report on community engagement and growth metrics
