Tasks

What You’ll Do

  • Manage Social Media: Especially our LinkedIn—your playground for creativity.
  • Shape Our Brand: Take our disruptive ethos to the next level.
  • Drive Public Relations: Work with founders to amplify identity’s voice.
  • Support Angel & Scouting Programs: Help grow the pipeline of LGBTQ+ founders.
  • Curate Memorable Events: From Slush to Web Summit, make them unforgettable.
  • Organize Flagship Gatherings: Our annual Portfolio Day and LP Day are in your hands.
  • Master Our CRM: Keep our connections organized and alive.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • A love for community building—you live for bringing people together.
  • Social media savvy, with PR and branding skills as a bonus.
  • Experience—or at least enthusiasm—for event management.
  • A good understanding of—or curiosity about—the VC world.
  • Fluency in English; German is a plus.Willingness to relocate to Berlin (EU work permit required).
