Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with our Strategist team for a 360-degree perspective on Social Media.
- Conduct research, gather insights, test new tools, evaluate trends, and adapt practices accordingly.
- Develop comprehensive content proposals aligned with multichannel strategies, targeting diverse audience segments.
- Schedule and engage users with original, compelling copies.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance and manage our international communities on social media.
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews, collaborating with our Agents’ team.
- Address complaints, provide timely solutions, and follow up for resolution.
- Set KPIs for our strategy, monitoring, tracking, analyzing, and reporting on social media platform performance.
- Build relationships with partners, customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and influencers.
- Promote collaboration across teams, markets, and departments for effective social media strategy execution.
