JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conversation Monitoring: Monitor conversations on social media to identify trends, issues, and opportunities to engage with followers.
• Monitor and actively participate in forums, social media groups, and other platforms where the brand is present.
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive environment in the community, encouraging participation and interaction among members.
• Moderate conversations and resolve conflicts effectively, ensuring that community guidelines are adhered to.
• Data analysis: analyze social media data to assess campaign performance and adjust strategies based on results and develop monthly reports
• Monitor networks through Social listening
• SAC: respond to customer questions and complaints on social media, ensuring a quick and efficient response.
• Management of influencers in the brand ecosystem.
• Constantly map opportunities for new influencers who are aligned with the brand.

JOB EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role, with a successful track record of building and managing online communities.
• Knowledge of best practices for community engagement and moderation.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills;
• Be organized and curious.
• Degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations or related areas.
