EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • 3-4 years of similar community management or social media, with experience in using community management tools like Sprinklr and/or other tools
  • Experience working with Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proactive and keen interest in digital trends
  • Understanding local privacy consent law on digital platforms will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are recruiting for a Community Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining a Community for our client’s Social Channel within Asia markets.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Ongoing management of social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Work closely with marketing teams, and alongside creative teams, to develop and deliver user-centric resources via key social media channels, with responsibility for content planning, copywriting and posting of social content
  • Managing and monitoring activities of the community within the social media channels to ensure prompt and proper response with the aid to community management tools like Sprinklr and/or other community management tools
  • Planning and development of monthly content calendars
  • Scheduling and posting of content on social media channels
  • Liaise with the wider marketing teams to ensure social content seamless syncs with other marketing campaigns
  • Documentation of weekly reports outlining actionable insights to constantly improve Solventum’s social content. Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to ensure that user needs are met.
  • Ensuring all posts conform to client’s visual identity and tone of voice
