Description:

We are offering an opportunity for a Community Manager to join our team in Columbia, Maryland. This role primarily involves managing HOA community associations and liaising with board members, vendors, and contractors. The Community Manager will also be involved in budgeting and operational accounting tasks, as well as on-site and virtual visits.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise between board members, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage snow removal and landscaping tasks within community associations
  • Oversee the preparation and execution of budgets
  • Conduct on-site visits to inspect and monitor community associations
  • Facilitate and participate in evening meetings over Zoom
  • Ensure accurate billing and data entry processes
  • Utilize knowledge of property management in managing community associations
  • Provide guidance to the board of owners
  • Use HOA experience to effectively manage community associations
  • Work with contractors on HOA rates and develop budgets based on revenue vs expenditures
  • Demonstrated proficiency in billing and data entry
  • Experience with Homeowners Associations (HOA) and their management
  • Solid understanding of budgeting processes and principles
  • Proven experience in property management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions
  • Ability to handle conflicts and resolve issues effectively
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
