REQUIREMENTS:
- Background in community management, developer relations, or tech-focused communities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of engaging and inspiring a diverse audience.
- Skilled in content creation and digital marketing, or experience in Product Marketing Management (PMM).
- Ability to grasp complex product environments and explain them in clear, user-friendly terms.
- Competence in data analysis and deriving insights for strategic planning.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects independently.
- Quick to learn, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to adjust swiftly to new situations.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and execute strategies to cultivate and expand an engaged developer community. This includes formulating a channel strategy to foster collaboration, learning, and networking among members.
- Event Coordination: Organize and participate in both digital and in-person events, such as webinars, forums, and social media interactions, to encourage discussions and knowledge sharing.
- Community Liaison: Serve as the connection between the community and product teams, collecting feedback and insights to drive ongoing product enhancements.
- Feedback Analysis: Evaluate community feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Advocate for community needs in product roadmap discussions.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure community initiatives align with overall marketing objectives.
- Metrics Monitoring: Track and report on community engagement and growth metrics
