Mental health/learning disability nurse band 6; to work within the All Age Autism intensive support team. We welcome applications from those seeking the opportunity to join at band 5 and follow a developmental route to the senior band 6 position.
Base; Wayside House; but will be required to travel across Coventry and Warwickshire
Full time/part time hours considered - To support young people at key times, some work may be required outside of usual office hours.

Clinical assessments
Risk assessments
Autism informed interventions to reduce the risk of an admission due to mental health crisis
Trauma informed practice
Creating autism profiles as part of a MDT
Providing individualised training to families and care providers
Mental health check ins
