We have two sites we operate from.
Molesey Community Hospital, where youll find our truly fantastic hospital team, along with our Community Hub of incredible Matrons, Healthcare Assistants, Care Coordinators, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Social Workers and Paramedics. In Thames Ditton, at the Emberbrook Health Centre, you will find our most amazing District Nursing team. We are fortunate that both sites offer ample free parking.
