The Building Resilient Communities Team is committed to supporting the most vulnerable people and communities within Torfaen. Providing early intervention to build the resilience of families, children and adults.
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and organised individual with a wealth of project support experience to join the Building Resilient Communities Team. Acting as an ambassador for the community halls and grant recipients and the first point of contact for day-to-day matters, providing clear advice and guidance on project delivery.
Supporting the Community Projects Manager the post holder will deliver a support programme to Community Halls based within Torfaen. This will include organising training, ensuring the correct governance and compliance is in place and maintaining up-to-date records for all Health & Safety monitoring.
The post holder will provide crucial administration support for the Local Authorities Grant programmes, maintaining up to date records of delivery to ensure all grant recipients provide the monitoring and evaluation evidence required.

THE POST HOLDER WILL BE EXPECTED TO HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE OF PROJECT SUPPORT WORK.
