COMMUNITY RELATIONS DIRECTOR JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Sales Mastery: Proven success in achieving sales and occupancy goals, preferably in senior living environments such as assisted living, nursing homes, or memory care.
• Industry Experience: Background in senior living inside sales management or industries with a comparable sales cycle.
• Education & Insight: Bachelor’s degree in Business/Communications or related field is ideal.
