WHAT YOUR EXPERIENCE LOOKS LIKE

• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in communication sector with a focus on public linear construction projects.
• Completion of post-secondary education in environmental, engineering or communications, or equivalent experience in community engagement and customer service.
• Proficient in the use of computers software such as Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to understand construction projects, interpret technical situations and provide feedback to various stakeholders.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize complaints as they arise.Demonstrated experience in conflict management and negotiations will be consider as an asset.
•
