Description:
WHAT YOUR EXPERIENCE LOOKS LIKE
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in communication sector with a focus on public linear construction projects.
- Completion of post-secondary education in environmental, engineering or communications, or equivalent experience in community engagement and customer service.
- Proficient in the use of computers software such as Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to understand construction projects, interpret technical situations and provide feedback to various stakeholders.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize complaints as they arise.Demonstrated experience in conflict management and negotiations will be consider as an asset.
