Description:
Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust has a large and active Respiratory Service which is very well regarded. The service is a fully integrated one, caring for patients both in hospital, but also in the local communities where they live.
Our Community Respiratory service cares for patients within Central and West London boroughs. We have a dedicated team of Doctors, Nurses and other clinical staff who provide care and support for patients in local community clinics across the Central and West London area.
We are looking for a new member of staff to join our busy, friendly, dedicated community team on a full time basis.
- Input and maintenance of accurate patient information on Trust information systems
- Effective delivery of assigned admin tasks
- Ensuring New referrals are booked for first OPA within the correct ERR period
- Scheduling of diagnostic tests
- Adherence to Trust and Directorate policies and protocols
- Provision of excellent customer service
- Contribution to positive patient experiences
