JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Identify key communities relevant to our brands and industry.
• Collaborate with internal teams (audience development, editorial, and social media) to produce and share compelling stories and information.
• Actively engage with communities, responding to comments and messages
• Monitor discussions, gather insights, and participate in relevant conversations to boost engagement and brand visibility.
• Must ensure all activities comply with Reddit’s community guidelines and terms of service.
• Manage any negative feedback or crises effectively, maintaining a positive brand image.
• Monitor traffic and engagement and develop insights and strategy.
