Description:

IT Support Working as part of the Digital Services Desktop Support Team. Ownership of community support rota. Triaging incoming tickets and managing ticket queue. Owning technical escalations where customer expectations may need to be managed sensitively.
Project Work To participate in delivery of projects that have Digital Services Desktop components in accordance with project deliverable set by Project Management Office. Ownership of Desktop Support related project elements. As part of project work may be required to work across site to give support to priority projects.General Achieve and demonstrate agreed standards of personal and professional development within agreed timescales. Work effectively in own team and as part of the whole organisation.
