JOB OVERVIEW:

As a Community Support Specialist, you’ll be responsible for execution of processes in support of the property management team and Regional Operations. The Central Operations Team covers a variety of administrative functions and additional responsibilities may vary by role assignment.
This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for a career path as a property manager or in general business operations. This position will interact with primarily internal clients and also external clients to deliver excellent customer service and support.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate’s degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Critical thinking, problem solving, judgement and decision-making abilities are necessary.
  • Proficiency in computer programs like Microsoft Office, Outlook and Windows required.
  • Ability to work with sensitive and/or confidential information.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Coordination - provide support to Association Managers and Regional Directors such as:

  • Access device/fob activation and distribution
  • Sending out correspondence via letters, emails and phone blasts
  • Annual meeting and election preparation
  • Tracking of returned nominations and proxies
  • Update/upload data and documents into company systems
  • Assist with homeowner compliance responses and escalations
  • Update community calendars
  • Maintain and process operational report requests
  • Collaborate in management of mail room and office suppliesMaintain work logs and billing reports as appropriate. Work logs and billing reports must be kept current and accurate at all times.
  • Collaborate in greeting and assisting visitors to the office.
