West Wimmera Shire Council has vacancies for casual or part time Community Support Workers to work in the Kaniva area.
Community Support Workers (CSW) provide domestic assistance, basic monitoring of client wellbeing, and personal care (where suitably qualified) such as support with hygiene, mobility, dressing, toileting and assistance with medications. Other domestic assistance may include meal preparation, vacuuming, cleaning, washing, mopping as well as provide shopping assistance and carer respite.
This is a rewarding and flexible role for those who are passionate about facilitating wellbeing and independence of consumers.
