ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you an ambitious, multi-talented individual with a passion for startups, innovation, and business growth? YAHMAPP is seeking a Company Manager to take the reins of day to day operations, allowing the Chief Operating Officer to focus on high level strategy and business expansion. This is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of a fast paced, evolving startup environment where no two days are the same.
As a Company Manager, you will oversee and be proficient in multiple disciplines, including website maintenance, graphic design, marketing, sales, and overall business operations. You will need to thrive in organised chaos, bring structure to evolving processes, and have a deep understanding of what it takes to build and grow a business from the ground up

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Team & Operations Management: Lead and support team members, ensuring efficient workflows and goal achievement.
  • Website Maintenance & Digital Presence: Ensure our website and online platforms are up to date, functional, and engaging.
  • Graphic Design & Branding: Oversee or directly create marketing materials that reflect Yahmapp’s brand identity.
  • Marketing & Outreach: Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Sales & Business Development: Support sales initiatives, oversee leads, and contribute to growth strategies.
  • Process Optimisation: Implement and refine operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving: Make informed decisions that support YAHMAPP’s mission and scalability.
