Responsibilities:
This is a well-rounded position requiring close collaboration with the business operations and Finance team. Culturally, this will suit a confident, outgoing and detailed orientated individual seeking a hands-on role within a collegiate and vibrant team environment.
- Provide a dedicated client due diligence support service for the global sales team.
- Collaborate with global finance, IT, HR, compliance, legal and commercial teams to collate due diligence information for clients.
- Manage a client due diligence inbox, organizing and prioritizing requests.
- Maintain a database of all due diligence requests and progress status.
- Manage third party platform submissions where required.
- Provide regular updates on due diligence progress to the sales team.
- Ensure support for due diligence requirements in consulting tender processes.
- Collate and submit KYC information as required by banks, regulatory bodies, vendors and other parties.
- Maintain accurate records of due diligence submissions.
- Create and maintain a record of key due diligence information responses.
- Ad hoc task as required by the Company Secretarial Officer.
