Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Company Secretary will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of corporate governance and compliance across all branches of the company. This individual will be responsible for providing expert advice on corporate governance, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements in the UK, Ireland and across Europe, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.
