REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4-7 years of experience as a compensation/reward analyst
- Experience within financial services preferred
- Experience using Workday preferred

Responsibilities:
- Assist with market pricing for open positions and internal compensation reviews and work with recruiters and management for accurate job evaluations
- Work with the FP&A team for effective employee cost reporting
- Assist with the administration of annual compensation cycles and working with HRIS on annual system configuration
- Ensuring enterprise approval and reporting standards are maintained and documented properly
- Ensuring state and local legal requirements are met
- Responsible for all market survey data management to ensure our market views are kept up-to-date
- Conduct regular employee job and compensation data audits to ensure accurate reporting capabilities are maintained and partner with HRIS to update procedures/standards where necessary
