Responsibilities:

  • Research compensation policies and plans to ensure the organization’s offerings are current, cost effective, and competitive
  • Use data and cost analyses to compare compensation plans
  • Evaluate position descriptions to determine a person’s classification and salary
  • Conduct market survey research to determine compensation trends and engage in equity studies.
  • Collaborates with Head of HR and department supervisors to perform Job Evaluations
  • Design and prepare reports summarizing research and analysis and present recommendations to Head of HR and executives
  • Ensure that the organization’s pay practices comply with federal and state laws and regulations, such as workers’ compensation, minimum wage, overtime, and equal pay laws
  • Review, analyze & verify payroll reports & documents for accurac
