About the Role:

The Compensation Analyst is responsible for benchmarking and evaluating the competitiveness and assisting in the design and administration of the Cityblock Health’s pay practices, including base pay, short-term and long-term incentive programs and other compensation programs. Administer Cityblock Health’s equity program, including reporting coordination of equity grants, processing, and properly reporting restricted stock releases in a timely manner. The position also addresses employee questions and issues related to total compensation.

  • Provide day-to-day compensation administration and analysis for staff and manager level positions across the organization in multiple regions.
  • Partner with the Stock Plan Administrator preparing and disseminating timely communications; preparation of information to ensure a smooth process flow; and addressing employee issues directly and/or in concert with the stock plan administrator.
  • Consults with the Sr. Business Partners on issues and questions relating to compensation and serves as a partner with Talent Acquisition in assessing job offers.
  • Provide market analysis, maintain salary structures, and provide job evaluations.
  • Responsible for program and project assignments, working independently or collaboratively as appropriate to accomplish the assigned compensation analysis.
  • Conduct significant data and cost analyst work to assess current state and make recommendations about future state compensation needs.
  • Responsible for job description maintenance, FLSA determination, market pricing, bonus program administration and all compensation related questions.
  • Conducts various ad-hoc compensation analyses.

Requirements for the Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
  • Three years of progressive experience in Compensation / Total Rewards
  • Knowledge of HR law (experience with FLSA), regulations, and compensation best practices
  • Knowledge of multi-state labor cost and across multiple regions
  • Experience with Workday, Paylocity ,or any enterprise-wide HRIS tools.
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel, quantitative, qualitative research methods, and data-modeling skills.
  • Ability to work independently with judgment and discretion is critical.
  • Ability to translate company and people strategy into compensation strategy and programs, tailoring to the needs of the business.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills: relationship building, enthusiasm, and ability to lean in to challenging situations.
  • Results oriented with strong ability to work autonomously and with multiple partner teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, quickly with accuracy.
  • Experience in Healthcare is a plus

We take into account an individual’s qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for health insurance, life insurance, retirement benefits, participation in the company’s equity program, paid time off, including vacation and sick leave. The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location. The expected salary range for this position is:
$72,000 to $85,000
