Our Newest Opportunity:
Summary:
Provides high quality support to the compensation team and clients. Conducts market research and basic compensation analysis including market pricing and job evaluation. Classifies positions, prepares reports, and participates in the quality review process to ensure the highest quality client products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Participates in compensation consulting projects including, but not limited to, market pricing, job classifications, job design, compensation structure development, employee analysis, and market research projects.
  • Utilizes published compensation surveys to research positions, compile market data, and prepare market pricing reports.
  • Performs data entry and conducts audits and reviews to ensure the highest quality client deliverables.
  • Researches topics and drafts/edits slides and other documents for webinars, monthly newsletters and other client events and materials.
  • Creates and revises job descriptions and job families for clients that accurately describe job duties and responsibilities of positions.
  • Participates in process assessments to optimize efficiency. Implements changes to process, forms, etc. based on feedback from the team.
  • Builds and maintains excellent relationships with clients.
  • May participate in special projects related to new legislation, hot topics, and key trends.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong organizational, prioritization and follow-up skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong data analysis and data entry skills.
  • Strong knowledge of office software including spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation software.
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment and wage and hour laws preferred.
  • Ability to anticipate needs of management and clients and respond accordingly.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information.

Education, Training and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 0-3 years of compensation or human resources experience.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
