REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related discipline preferably in Human Resources, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources or Finance required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Time management and project management skills – prioritize workload, to meet deadlines and ensure partners meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness; works well independently and on a team
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities:

  • Applies a comprehensive understanding of professional compensation concepts to analyze the compensation of employees, organization compensation programs and total rewards initiatives.
  • Participates in and develops compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine organization’s competitive position.
  • Conducts complex data analyses to assess compensation issues and recommend appropriate courses of action.
  • Reviews proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, policies and practices.
  • Reviews requests for new or revised jobs to determine appropriate salary grade assignment.
  • Develops recommendations regarding FLSA exemptions and job revisions.
  • Reviews existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation administration and recommends appropriate courses of action.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal, State, local laws and regulations
  • Partner with HRIS to ensure data integrity and perform ad-hoc analyses/reporting as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned
