Progressive Leasing is hiring a Compensation Analyst, reporting to the VP Rewards and People Operations. This can be either a remote position or can go to an office in Draper, UT.
The Senior Compensation Analyst will focus on base salary, short term and long-term incentives plans. You will join a fun compensation team and be able to learn and develop.
