Description:

The Compensation Analyst will play a crucial role in the administration of our compensation program, which includes various responsibilities from conducting salary surveys to maintaining compensation databases.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the process of annual merit pay increases.
  • Review and troubleshoot issues related to hiring forms and system compensation standards.
  • Utilize various tools and software to perform market matching for job classifications.
  • Maintain and update the compensation database and job code tables regularly.
  • Collect, analyze, and evaluate data on wages, salaries, and job positions to determine classification and salary.
  • Conduct comprehensive salary surveys in order to maintain competitive compensation levels.
    The ideal candidate will have 2+ experience with compensation functions.
