The HR enterprise is comprised of three unique business units: UCI Health, Health Sciences, and Campus. The Partnership serves as a strategic center responsible for planning and implementing strategic initiatives across the entire UCI HR enterprise. Members of the partnership work in close collaboration with all three business units to leverage expertise across the enterprise.

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Compensation Program Manager, the Compensation Analyst functions as a subject matter expert and provides consulting services to Community Network hospitals’ local HR team, leadership and employees regarding compensation, classification, incentive program and other ancillary pay issues. Processes represented and non-represented approved wage programs, such as across the board increases, equity, step increases, etc. Conducts job evaluations and compensation analyses, and develops communications and resources as needed. Assists the local HR teams with the planning and implementation of new classification programs and strategies for the Community Network hospitals as requested. Interprets and applies Human Resources policy and procedures, as well as Collective Bargaining Agreements and state and federal law as they relate to compensation. Ensures compliance with all federal employment laws as well as regulatory agency requirements. May assist with compensation services outside the Community Network hospitals as necessary to help balance enterprise-wide workload.
Uses skills and experience as a seasoned professional with a comprehensive understanding of compensation concepts. Resolves complex issues in imaginative and practical ways where analysis of situations and data requires a review of a variety of factors. General instructions may be provided on new assignments and initiatives.
