Job Description
The Compensation and Benefits Executive will manage the compensation function including but not limited to payroll, incentives, and benefits for employees. S/he will implement new and revised compensation programs, policies, and procedures to align with the company’s goals and competitive practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

• First degree in Social Sciences/ Management /Physical Sciences or Engineering
• Professional Membership in HR is required.
• Minimum of 4 years experience as a compensation and benefits or payroll specialist
• Strong knowledge of data analysis is required
• Proficiency in payroll preparation using ERP software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (Sage & Oracle experience considered).
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, demonstrating clarity and conciseness
