Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Compensation & Benefits Global Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Compensation & Benefits Expert, you will have the opportunity to leave your mark on Ahlstrom’s total reward journey.
The role can be based in any of the following locations: Finland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, United Kingdom. This role offers the flexibility of a remote working arrangement.
Responsibilities:
IN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR A VARIETY OF TASKS:
- Analyze data across international compensation management, carrying out analysis to identify and track trends.
- Review and maintain the company’s grading structure
- Conduct international salary survey data submissions, including matching of roles, transition of data, and competitive analysis tools.
- Develop training/presentations to educate HR and employees on C&B initiatives
- Audit employee compensation data in the HRIS to ensure quality and accuracy
- Collaborate in the roll-out of typical BaU C&B processes, such as incentive plans and salary review
- Support the implementation of Global Mobility policies and practices

- Previous experience in a compensation and benefits specialist/analyst role.
- Experience in implementing reward processes.
- Experience with job evaluation systems (e.g. Mercer, WTW, KF-Hay), grading, and salary banding.
- Good interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication
- Capability to analyze complex information and data to deliver insights
- Advanced level skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- 2+ years of experience in the Comp & Ben area
