Legend Biotech is a global biotechnology company dedicated to treating, and one day curing, life-threatening diseases. Headquartered in Somerset, New Jersey, we are developing advanced cell therapies across a diverse array of technology platforms, including autologous and allogenic chimeric antigen receptor T-cell and natural killer (NK) cell-based immunotherapy.
Legend Biotech entered into a global collaboration agreement with Janssen, one of the pharmaceutical companies of Johnson & Johnson, to jointly develop and commercialize ciltacabtagene autolecuel (cilta-cel) in 2017. Our strategic partnership is designed to combine the strengths and expertise of both companies to advance the promise of an immunotherapy in the treatment of multiple myeloma.

YOUR SKILLSET

• You have a master’s degree, in a relevant discipline such as international business economics, law and/or tax;
• Compensation & Benefits are your forte. With at least 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards, whether within a company or as a rewards consultant, you have gained deep understanding and expertise in this field;
• You have a strong interest in and knowledge of group insurance and the related legislation;
• You enjoy to take full responsibility for C&B-related projects from planning to implementation and follow-up;
• You have experience in a complex environment where stakeholder management is key. You enjoy working in a changing environment and leading others through phases of change where flexibility is key;
• You have an analytical mindset and eager to go the extra mile to achieve a goal;
• Other people describe you as an out-of-the-box thinker who is number 1 in setting priorities:
• Your empathetic style inspires confidence with your stakeholders and amongst your colleagues;
• You take initiative and work autonomously with a hands-on approach;
• You are an excellent communicator able to explain complex matters in a comprehensive way and interacting with various audiences;
• You are hands-on and pragmatic. You’ll always find a solution to problems and are service-minded;
• Advanced knowledge of MS office (especially Excel) is required. Experience with Workday, EBlox, Protime is a plus;
• Mastery of both Dutch and English is essential (oral & written). Any other language is an asset.
