Team Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to oversee our company’s compensation and benefits strategy for our Spanish Speaking Language LATAM operations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing Compensation and Benefits topics for multiple countries across LATAM, also knowledge about labor requirements and regulations for different countries, and experience developing competitive compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent

Role Responsibilities:

  • Designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits packages for SSL employees.
  • Ensuring that the company’s compensation and benefits policies comply with SSL labor laws and regulations.
  • Conducting Compensation & Benefits Surveys and external Benchmarking.
  • Reviewing and updating Company Salary Ranges on an annual basis to determine the appropriate compensation range for each role within the company.
  • Collaborating with HR and management to understand the company’s needs and objectives and developing suitable compensation and benefits strategies.
  • Preparing and presenting reports and proposals to senior management.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and sending Incentive Compensation Calculations for Sales Roles.

Role Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Compensation and Benefits Manager or similar role, preferably with experience in LATAM.
  • Knowledge of LATAM labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze complex data.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and other related software.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
