Description:
Every day, we get opportunities to make a positive impact – on our colleagues, partners, customers and society. Together, we’re pioneering the solutions of the future and unlocking the full potential of precious resources. Trusted to act on initiative, we challenge conventional thinking to develop world-leading technologies that inspire progress in vital areas, including energy, food, water and shipping.
As we push forward, the innovative, open spirit that fuels our 140-year-old start-up culture and rapid growth also drives our personal growth. So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too.
Who are you
You are a seasoned compensation and benefits professional with hands-on experience in defining and implementing a structured and robust reward framework in a large and complex environment. Your approach is proactive and authoritative, ensuring comprehensive and effective solutions tailored to organizational needs.
About the job
As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will leverage your expertise to support the region, ensuring our programs align with business strategy and remain equitable, attractive, and competitive.
You will act as the primary contact for Compensation & Benefits in the region, implementing global tools, providing consultation and training to the HR community and line managers, and analyzing and recommending compensation and incentive programs, often creating these programs from scratch.
Additionally, you will be an integral part of the Group Comp &Ben team, contributing to the development of the Group Compensation & Benefits strategy, structures, and tools.
What you know
To succeed in this role, you should have several years of experience in compensation and benefits, including implementing compensation tools across different cultures within an international organization. Experience working with Compensation and Benefits topics within the Europe region is a prerequisite for the role.
Fluent spoken and written English is essential.
Ideally, you possess a university degree in HR or Finance and are an advanced Excel user. Experience with Workday is a plus.
What’s in it for you
We offer a challenging position in an open and friendly environment. As this is a new position you will have the opportunity to build the function from the start. The position is reporting to the VP Compensation & Benefits.
