Your Responsibilities

  • Analysis, further development and implementation of compensation and benefit systems in the GSM region (German Speaking Market): this includes independent job evaluations, wage and salary classifications, bonus systems, employee benefits, pension schemes, insurances, etc.
  • Preparation and implementation of the annual salary increase and bonus round
  • Carrying out salary benchmarking analyses and salary development analyses in the region to support budget planning and the further development of remuneration structures in the countries
  • Project management for regional Compensation & Benefit projects
  • Key figure development in Compensation & Benefit, forecast analyses and ad-hoc reports as well as contact person for all C&B issues
  • Close coordination with the operational HR and finance department and cooperation with works councils.
  • Analyzing the latest developments and trends in the area of compensation, obtaining external market data and actively driving the development of new systems
  • Preparing concepts and recommendations for action in an understandable and target group-orientated form and presenting them to relevant committees (management, project groups, etc.)
  • Competent contact person for the topic of remuneration models, individual comp & ben questions and benefits in the region
  • Collaboration within the team and internal interfaces (C-Level, HR management, HR Officers, HR controlling, etc.) as well as with external consultancies
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable global/regional compensation regulations

Your Profil

  • Degree in economics or comparable with a focus on human resources or a comparable subject area
  • Min. 5-7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefit, also in the context of a generalist HR role, in an international environment
  • Strong project management skills and proficient in HR systems, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • High degree of personal responsibility, reliability, structured and solution-orientated action
  • Good analytical skills and a strong understanding of numbers
  • Initial management experience desirable
  • Excellent team worker
  • High creativity and the ability to think out of the box
  • Very good communication skills at all levels in German and English (C1)
