Job Title: Compensation & Benefits Manager
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: Head of Human Resources
Due to ongoing growth we have an exciting new opportunity for a dedicated and detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits Manager in our Bradford office.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (CIPD Level 5 or higher preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in compensation, benefits, and payroll management.
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law, HMRC guidelines, payroll processes, and best practices in compensation and benefits.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems, with advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- High level of confidentiality, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
ROLE PURPOSE:
The main purpose of this role is to develop and manage Nano’s compensation structure, benefits programme, and payroll administration to ensure internal equity, market competitiveness, and legal compliance. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing reward programmes and strategies that align with Nano’s goals, while ensuring effective payroll operations. The jobholder will supervise the payroll administrator(s) and work closely with other HR teams to provide comprehensive support to employees.
